Reception & Information

Opening hours:
Low season: 8:00 - 10:00 am and 4:00 - 7:00 pm
High season: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Check-out and departure:
Check-out: Please by 10:00 am.
Departure: No later than 12:00 noon.

Information stand: At the reception you will find a small information stand with brochures and information about the region. Be inspired and discover the most beautiful destinations!

Our guest kitchen is available for you to prepare meals. Here you will find a cooking facility, as well as a refrigerator and an ice compartment.
Important instructions:
Please bring your own kitchen utensils.
Only store food in the refrigerator and freezer if it is tightly sealed and labeled with your name.
Important: Bottles are not allowed in the freezer.
Please leave the kitchen clean so that all guests can enjoy it – thank you!
Small Library
There is a small library right next to the guest kitchen. Browse through the books and get inspired!

There are a total of three shower and toilet facilities available on our site.
Washrooms:
There are additional washrooms next to the open meadow.
Note for low season: These washrooms remain closed as it is still quite cool.
Dishwashing:
In all service buildings you will find washing facilities for your dishes.
To make the laundry:
Washing clothes is not permitted in the dishwashing areas. Please use the washing facilities in the rooms next to reception.

washer & dryer
There are two washing machines and two dryers available on our site.
Use:
You can use the equipment after prior reservation.
Detergent: You will receive the detergent from us.
Fee:
Washing machine: 6 CHF per use
Dryer: 6 CHF per use
Important instructions:
Please do not put dirty or unwashed items in the dryer.

disposal station
On our site you will find two disposal stations for chemical toilets.
Wastewater and fresh water:
There is a washing station at the main campsite entrance where you can empty your dirty water and fill up with fresh water.
Waste separation:
Waste separation is very important to us. Please dispose of your daily waste in the designated areas at the main entrance.
Disposal of larger items:
For the disposal of larger items, you can use the large garbage dump on the outskirts of the village of Zernez.
